Amount to give:

For the first 2 weeks, give 1 ounce twice daily. For optimum results, continue giving 1 ounce twice daily. You may lower the amount to 1 ounce daily if results remain consistent.

We have an older horse with arthritis in his ankles, it was bad enough that you could no longer ride him. We put him on the MSM and guess who's feeling young again. You can now ride him and you can tell he's feeling a lot better. Now all the horses, young and old, are on the MSM and you can't go wrong at this price.
